1. Services

Prime Hoster™ provides web hosting services including Shared Hosting, Web Hosting, domain-related services, and related solutions. All services are provided on a subscription basis.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity performed under your account will be considered authorized by you.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for illegal activities including but not limited to spamming, phishing, hacking, malware distribution, copyright infringement, gambling, or abusive content. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

4. Resource Usage

Hosting resources are shared and must be used fairly. Excessive CPU, RAM, disk I/O, or bandwidth usage that impacts server stability may require plan upgrades or account suspension.

5. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways such as Razorpay. Services are activated only after successful payment. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Refund Policy

Shared and Web Hosting plans are covered under a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domain registrations, renewals, licenses, add-ons, and setup fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

7. Backups & Data

While we may offer backups as a courtesy, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups. Prime Hoster™ is not liable for any data loss.

8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high service uptime; however, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, policy violations, abuse, fraud, or legal requirements without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Prime Hoster™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, revenue, or business.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
